FREE LOCAL PICK UP

If you live on the Central Coast NSW, you can select free local pick up at check out. Once you have placed your order please check your emails, including spam, for an email with pick up arrangements. You will receive this email within 48 hours (business days) of ordering. Pick up is from Berkeley Vale. 

SHIPPING

We use Sendle and AusPost to deliver our packages in Australia. We offer flat rate shipping of $6.95 on all orders Australia wide.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed delivery or errors made by any third party. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, please ensure you allow for delays. 

MADE TO ORDER

Our items are handmade and made to order, so you need to ensure you allow time for items to be made. We try to make them and ship them to you as quickly as possible. However, this business is one person and your items are made with love - so sometimes things may impact on our ability to get things to you quickly. 

If you need something by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate. Please use the 'Contact' tab before ordering and we can let you know if this is achievable. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is only available to Australian addresses. However, if you are overseas and would love one of our products, please go to the 'Contact' tab at the top of the webpage and send us an email and we will see what we can do. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our products, Fraser and Felt do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

We will offer a store credit or replacement product in the rare situation that our product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. In order to receive a replacement or store credit, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. You may be asked to send photos to assist us to assess your claim. 

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUT

If you see an item out of stock that you are interested in, please contact us and we will inform you when it is due back in stock. 

WHOLESALE

We try to keep our costs as low as possible to ensure that our products are accessible to everyone. This does not leave us with much of a margin to wholesale. However, some of our products we do have a little bit of wriggle room, so please contact us through the 'Contact' tab at the top of the webpage. Please ensure you check your spam folder when awaiting a reply.
